Theresa Palmer specializes in income tax preparation for individuals, small businesses and small non-profit organizations.  One of her specialties is audit defense work on behalf of clients being audited. She has excellent rapport with the IRS Agents and has a 98% winning success rate. Theresa is proficient in Quick Books setup and will teach clients how to establish their accounting systems and become self-sufficient, or will manage client's Quick Books Accounting systems. Additionally, Theresa is a real estate broker and works closely with clients and mortgage lenders in short sale negotiations.
