Carisa Shannon has a diverse real estate industry background in sitework development, residential building as well as real estate sales. Her extensive experience in sitework and home building has propelled her success in the real estate industry. She is knowledgeable and trained in construction management, project administration, quality control, project engineering, risk management, construction accounting as well as residential and commercial sales. She served as Vice President of JVC Grading Contractors and Project Manager of Unified Contracting & Design Consultants where she managed the residential construction as well as the finance department.  Shannon's proficient experience in real estate and construction have credited her the success and recognition of upper-tier real estate sales.  

She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, from Southern University and A&M College and a Master of Science in Construction, from Southern Polytechnic State University. She is a licensed REALTOR in the state of Georgia and has obtained several certifications and designations in the real estate and construction industry.
